Our Story
Dominic Huffman is a wild, joyful, dirt-loving kiddo with a huge heart and an even bigger love for turtles and the color blue. Diagnosed at the age of three as level 2 autistic and non-verbal, Dominic has never let that define or limit him. No matter the obstacles in his way, Dominic keeps going. He doesn’t quit. He doesn’t slow down. In a world where not everyone can understand his words, his thoughts, his frustrations, or his needs, he continues to push forward with courage and determination. And as a family, we proudly keep going right alongside him. Two years ago, Dominic competed and brought home a gold medal. The smile on his face—the pride, the confidence, the pure joy—is something we will carry in our hearts forever. It was a reminder of what’s possible when opportunity, support, and belief come together. We are raising money for our Huffman Hero so that Dominic—and every individual with autism—can experience that same joy, pride, and sense of accomplishment. Every person deserves the chance to shine, to be celebrated, and to feel seen. Thank you for supporting Dominic and helping create a world where every hero gets their moment!
